The Force Behind NTTI

Expert-Led, Every Session

Bilal Mustafa founded Nimbus Technical Training Institute on a principle that still defines every course delivered today: that there is no substitute for deep, field-tested expertise when training inspection and safety professionals.

With 14+ years of experience spanning quality inspection, occupational health and safety, API-standard inspection, and technical training, Bilal is the primary instructor and academic lead for NTTI’s entire course portfolio. He holds an OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety — a degree-equivalent qualification — alongside active certifications from TWI/CSWIP, BGAS, ASNT, and the American Petroleum Institute.

His teaching methodology is built around practical exposure: mock exams, site-relevant case studies, and the kind of nuanced judgement that comes only from years working on real equipment in real plants.
