Bilal Mustafa is the founder and lead instructor of Nimbus Technical Training Institute (NTTI), one of Pakistan’s leading private technical training centres for industrial inspection, safety, and welding professionals. Based in Talagang, Chakwal, he established NTTI with a singular mission: to bridge the gap between academic credentials and real-world industrial practice.
With over 14 years of professional experience spanning quality inspection, occupational health and safety, and technical training, Bilal brings deep field knowledge to every course he delivers. He has worked across the oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing sectors, giving him firsthand insight into what industry actually demands from certified professionals.
Holding an OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety — the equivalent of a degree-level qualification recognised globally — Bilal is the primary contact and trainer for NTTI’s extensive portfolio of internationally certified programmes. His hands-on, practical training methodology has produced hundreds of industry-ready graduates who have gone on to achieve certifications from TWI, BGAS, ASNT, NEBOSH, IOSH, and the American Petroleum Institute.
